PARTNER, ARCHITECT
Architect graduated from the University of Alicante and registered with the Alicante Association of Architects (COACV), registration no. 14179. He began his professional career in 2012 at an engineering firm in San Vicente del Raspeig, working on both public projects and residential developments. He later moved to Santiago de Chile, where he worked as an architect at a local practice and was involved in the design of commercial premises for a major technology company.
After returning to Spain, he specialised in the real estate sector, focusing on urban planning analysis, land assessment for different uses and the development of efficient residential construction systems. After five years in this field, in 2020 he joined the hydrocarbon sector, working for a nationwide company where he was responsible for assessing potential locations from both an urban planning and technical perspective.
As co-founder of Tower Arquitectos, he brings more than 10 years of professional experience, providing the expertise required to advise clients and successfully develop projects from the initial planning assessment through to final construction.
PARTNER, INTERIOR DESIGNER
Graduated in Interior Design from the School of Art and Design of the Region of Murcia, class of 2010–2014. Registered Interior Designer with the College of Interior Designers of the Valencian Community, no. 0084.
After completing her studies in 2014, she began her professional career as a designer at an architecture studio in Orihuela Costa (Alicante). In 2018, she specialised in kitchen design within a leading company in the sector. Since 2019, she has worked independently for a construction company on the Costa Blanca, gaining extensive experience in project management and construction procurement.
In 2022, she co-founded Tower Arquitectos, where she combines her experience as a designer, technician and project designer, working across every stage of the process—from the client's initial brief and budget through to the final photographs, whether for a new-build home or a restaurant.
This broad experience allows her to approach design in a practical and efficient way, anticipating potential construction issues and avoiding unnecessary additional costs. As the client's trusted point of contact, she works closely with contractors, trades and suppliers throughout the project.
PARTNER, TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
Technical Architect, registered with the Official Association of Quantity Surveyors, Technical Architects and Building Engineers of Alicante (COAATIEA), registration no. 4238. He graduated from the University of Alicante in 2013, receiving the Extraordinary Degree Award for the best academic record.
He holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from Miguel Hernández University of Elche, is a university specialist in structural analysis endorsed by CYPE, and is also a registered real estate agent. He is the managing director of two growing companies: a construction company and a property development company.
He specialises in construction management and coordination, project management, feasibility studies for property developments and building projects in general. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, he has worked across every stage of the building process.
His approach combines a strong commitment to construction quality with innovative building solutions, resource optimisation and rigorous cost control.
TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
Technical Architect graduated from the University of Alicante in 2025. She has extensive professional experience in technical offices and in the construction sector in her country of origin. She is currently further developing her expertise to adapt her experience and skills to the Spanish market and provide the best possible service to our clients.
